Welcome to this year's Summer Retreat! We're excited for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and growth. We are returning to the beautiful campus of Pepperdine University, and this year, the Mandarin congregation will also have their retreat there at the same time. We will have separate programs, but it's be fun seeing them over the weekend and at meals.

This year, we have expanded options: 1) Housing in dorms or apartments, and 2) Stays for 1, 2, or 3 days.

Speaker: Susan C. Lim (PhD, UCLA) is a writer and historian. She has been a professor of history at Biola University in La Mirada, California, and is a speaker at conferences, churches, and retreats. She loves to share God's Word and serve at her home church, Mariners Church in Irvine. Her recent book, Light of the Word (IVP, 2023), unpacks how the history of the Bible bolsters our faith that Scripture is God's Word.
